Hotel Services:
-Complimentary breakfast each morning

 Cancellation Policy:
 At the time the booking is made, there is a 25% deposit due via credit card through Paypal.-There is NO cancellation fee if the reservation is cancelled anytime before 20 days before check-in date and the 25% deposit will be refunded. -If reservation is cancelled anytime between 20-10 days before the check-in date, 50% of the total price of the reservation will be charged, minus the 25% deposit already paid.  Plus 13% VAT tax will be charged. -If reservation is cancelled anytime after 10 days before check-in date, or in the case of a no-show, 100% of the total reservation will be charged plus 13% VAT Tax.
Children and Extra Bed Policy:
-Children older than 10 years of age are welcome.
-Cribs are NOT available
-There is NO capacity for extra beds in the room.
Internet:
-Wi-Fi is available in all areas of the hotel and is free of charge to use.
Meal Plan:
-Breakfast is included in price of the room & is served each morning at 7:30am and 8:30am in the upstairs dining area.
Parking:
-Parking for your vehicle is available and located across the street from the hotel in our private parking lot.
Pets:
-Pets are NOT allowed at the hotel.
